Description: In Search of the Rowdy Camp: The archaeology team from the Archaeological Research Institute and VALOR participants will be discussing a forgotten post-revolutionary era encampment! You will learn about the field of archaeology and how it’s used to rediscover lost history. We will talk about archaeological research, the process to find it, and our plans to survey and preserve the site. If you are interested in getting involved, you won’t want to miss this event!
